I am Carolee Cameron Duckworth... Dr. Carolee to my students, Carolee to family and friends, and "Noni" to my grandson. My degrees are a BA in Psychology from Duke, an MA in Instruction Systems Design from UNC, Chapel Hill, and an EdD in Instruction Technology from Nova SouthEastern.

My career has revolved around learning, including the establishment of Mastery Learning programs for adults, youth and children. I have personally participated in dramatic learning changes for over 5000 individuals. So I know! that mastery of math---or reading or writing or technology or biology---is possible even when an individual has not achieved it YET.

Currently I write books and develop materials, including mastery learning materials. Also I work with my husband, Barry Duckworth, for our own in-home tutoring company, Mastery Tutors (www.masterytutors.com).
